-Peel® Interlocking sheath/dilator assemblies

Specifically designed for the percutaneous placement of short and long-term therapeutic and diagnostic catheters, these peelable introducers incorporate a patented interlocking hub design that prevents dilator "push back" during insertion.
Our sheath tips also have zero clearance between dilator shaft and sheath tip, which reduces the risk of "roll back" during placement.
There are a number of other beneficial features as well, including:
- An easy grip T-hub that provides a secure grip during peeling and removal
- The dilator tip radius provides a smooth transition from the guidewire
- French sizes permanently molded on the dilator hub for easy identification
- The PTFE Peelable design permits elimination of mechanical skiving, providing a smooth and even peel
- Compatible with most therapeutic and diagnostic catheters and guidewires
- Standard introducers are compatible with 0.035" and 0.038" diameter guidewires

- Improved sheath tip eases insertion
- Silicone coating increases lubricity for insertion
- Clear flashback chamber and porous plug allow for visualization and blood containment

Introducer Kits

Meeting the most demanding requirements, TFX Medical OEM can provide you with bulk, non-sterile/sterile, private label, peelable introducer kits. These kits are packaged with a single sterile barrier and include:
- 1 or 2-peelable split sheath/dilator introducers
- 1 or 2-syringes
- 1-0.035" guidewire
- 1-18ga guidewire introducer needle
TFX Medical OEM has also made improvements to the label design, to include thirteen languages, as well as extending the kit's shelf life.

Coaxial sheath/dilator

TFX Medical OEM provides a range of Coaxial Sheath/Dilator Introducers for the percutaneous introduction of diagnostic or therapeutic catheters utilizing the Seldinger technique.
TFX Medical OEM Coaxial Dilators also offer the following advantages:
- French size permanently molded into the dilator and sheath hubs to enable identification of the introducer being used.
- Sheaths and dilators have tapered tips that facilitate percutaneous insertion of the device.
- Dilator tips can be sized to accept a wide range of guidewires to match the specific guidewire required.
- Luer lock hubs allow attachment of other luer fitting devices.
- Compatible with a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic catheters.
